Preparation for egg curry recipe

1. First take a kadhai and add some water and now boil the eggs 

with some salt.

2. After the egg has been boiled take out the eggs and put it in normal water for some minutes and peel the outside of the egg and make slits so that the oil and spices enter the eggs and prevent from bursting of the egg, and now  keep aside.

3. Grate the ginger and garlic together.

1. Take a kadhai and heat some mustard oil and add salt and turmeric.

2. Now add the potato pieces and start frying them over medium flame.

3. Take out the fried potatoes when a golden brown color appears. 

     


4. Marinate the boiled eggs with salt, turmeric and red chili powder.

5. Now add the eggs to the oil in which the potatoes were fried, and now fry the eggs. 

    

6. Take the fried eggs from the oil and keep them aside.

7. In the same oil add two dried red chili and a halved bay leaf and stir them with the oil.

8. Now add 4-5 cloves and some cumin seeds and fry all the ingredients together.

9. Now add the onions and fry until it gives out a brown colour.

10. Now add the grated ginger and garlic when the onions have got a brown colour, and mix it with the onions.

11. Now add the tomatoes and mix the ingredients properly, add the salt so that the tomatoes get soft and boiled.

12. Now add some water and stir it.

16. Add coriander powder and some water and cook the masalas together until the masala release their oil.

17. When the masalas are cooked add the fried potatoes and mix the potatoes and masalas together.

18. Now add two glass of water,  stir it gently and now cover the kadhai for some minutes.

19. Now open the lid and add two green chilies and the fried eggs and stir it gently.

20. Now add the sugar and homemade garam masala and add the coriander leaves.

21. Now let the water to be vaporised and make it a thick gravy.

1. Take a kadhai and add the sugar.

3 . Stir the caramel gently until it gives out a foamy texture.

4. Now add water and stir it gently for some time.

-1 cup of maida 

- mixed raisins with orange juice for some time before the cooking 

- 1 bowl of powdered sugar 

- 1 small bowl of milk 

- 1 small packet of amul milk powder 

- 1/2 cup of refined oil 

- cinnamon powder 

- almonds and cashews piced 

- some cashews and raisins for  decoration

1. Take a mixing bowl and add the milk in the bowl

3. Now add the refined oil to the bowl and mix the batter with a hand whisk

4. Now add the maida and mix it properly with the whisk.

6. Now add the mix of orange juice and raisins and mix the ingredients properly.

8. Now add the pieces of almonds and cashews and mix them together with the batter.

10. Now add the vanilla essence to the mix.

    


11. Now add 1 teaspoon baking powder and 1/2 teaspoon baking soda Now mix together all the ingredients and make it to a good cake batter.

12. Now take a cake baking bowl and add the butter paper inside the bowl on all sides and apply the oil evenly.
