1. Take a kadhai and add the sugar.

2. Keep the sugar as it is for 5 minutes and the sugar will melt by itself. 


3 . Stir the caramel gently until it gives out a foamy texture.

4. Now add water and stir it gently for some time.

-1 cup of maida 

- mixed raisins with orange juice for some time before the cooking 

- 1 bowl of powdered sugar

- 1 small packet of amul milk powder

16. After about 15 minutes open the lid and now put the cashews and raisins on top of  the batter.

17. Now cover the kadhai for another 15 minutes or until the a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
